Arborvitae
Arborvitae 'Golden Spire' – The cure for the common GREEN. Rich yellow foliage with a hint of orange. A bright & colorful alternative for privacy hedges or alone as an accent plant. For best coloration, plant in full sun. Grows to 15' tall and 4' wide.
Arborvitae ‘Fire Chief’ – If you love Arborvitae ‘Mr. Bowling Ball’ you are REALLY gonna love ‘Fire Chief’. The same fine texture and smaller stature, but with bright gold foliage and orange-red tips. For best coloration plant in full sun. Grows to 3-4’ tall and wide.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lenten Rose - Helleborus Winter Thrillers 'Midnight Ruffles' – Hellebores are prized for their VERY early bloom time and thick, glossy evergreen foliage. Their increasing popularity has motivated plant breeders to create MANY exciting new varieties. It was hard to choose just one for our NEW for 2011 page, but after much deliberation we decided on 'Midnight Ruffles'. The very rare DOUBLE black flowers are gorgeous and incredibly long lasting. The bloom time on this beauty is March-June! Grows to 18-24” tall.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hydrangea - Hydrangea paniculata 'Little Lime' – If you love Hydrangea Limelight you're gonna love its baby brother 'Little Lime'. It has the same fluffy lime-to-white flowers as ‘Limelight’, but is sized just right for smaller spaces such as underneath a picture window or along a walkway. Little Lime will grow & flower in sun or shade and it’s maximum size is 3-4’ tall and 4-5’ wide.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ninebark - Physocarpus opulifolius ‘Little Devil’ – If you love Diablo Ninebark you’re gonna love its baby brother ‘Little Devil’. Larkspur - Delphinium elatum ‘Crystal Delight’ – Unique, double flowers are lilac with a green center on tall 4’ stalks. Deer and rabbit resistant. Perfect for an English cottage garden. Sedge – Carex oshimensis ‘Everest’ – A strong, vigorous grower with bright white striped evergreen foliage. This plant looks awesome trailing over the side of a container, or planted in mass as a groundcover (picture it planted with our NEW Helleborus ‘Midnight Ruffles’… ohhh ahhh). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Maidenhair Tree – Ginkgo ‘Jade Butterfly’ – Ginkgo trees are one of the oldest tree varieties on the planet. Fossil records date them back to when the dinosaurs roamed the earth, so it is no wonder they are incredibly resilient trees. They are pest free and tolerate even the toughest elements (including extreme cold, poor soil, and pollution) making them great street trees. However, they get big… very big … we’re talking 80-100’ BIG! Many garden connoisseurs crave one of these living fossils, but just don’t have the space for something that large. ‘Jade Butterfly’ is a variety with a smaller stature – so it is more suitable for small suburban yards. Mature size 15-20’, but don’t hold your breath until it gets there… it’s a slow grower.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Barberry – Berberis ‘Orange Rocket’ – The perfect plant when you want some height, but not a lot of width, for example: that space between the garage and the sidewalk or in front of the air conditioner. Unique coral-orange foliage really “pops” in the landscape (picture it planted with Coreopsis ‘Sienna Sunset’…ohhh ahhh). For best coloration, plant in full sun. Grows to 3-4’ tall and only 12-16” wide.
