The Barn Nursery is a dedicated supporter of our local communities. We, at The Barn Nursery have been dedicated to helping our community for over 30 years. We are proud to have made donations & supported fundraisers to over 50 charities, schools and other non-profit organizations in the last year. Here are a few of the organizations we support:

Barn Nursery Gift Cards are a great fundraiser for your organization! Fundraising is a fact of life for non-profit organizations, churches, schools, teams and clubs. A Barn Nursery Fundraiser is a great way to raise money for your event, whether you are saving for a special event or general fundraising. What better way to raise the funds your organization needs, than by providing beautiful plants and a selection of other great products, carefully chosen to excite your customers! Get your non profit group involved in our Fundraising Program and your fundraiser is sure to be a success! How It Works Non-profit groups can purchase the $20, $50, or $100 gift cards at 15% off and resell at face value. Simply collect the orders, pay for the cards and The Barn will write your organization a check for 15% of total sales. Cards are perfect gifts for holidays, family, friends and people that love to shop for plants and garden accessories all year long. To begin, fill out the application and return it via fax. Within 3 business days our fundraising coordinator will contact you with you approval. Then simply download the sales form and print as many copies as you need. At the conclusion of the sales period, the organization contact fills out and returns the master order form. We require 7 business days to process the gift cards, which can then be picked up by the contact and distributed as the organization chooses.
Who It Is For * Educational: funds are used to support a school or school-related organization (i.e. band club, student or parent group associated with a school or educational institution.) * Religious: funds are used to support non-profit church activities or church-related organizations such as youth groups within the church. * Charitable: funds are used to support a charitable organization or benevolent cause. * Community: funds are used to support community-based activities devoted solely to charitable, educational or recreational purposes and not for individual gain. This Program is not designed to provide wholesale pricing to individuals or groups wishing to use our Gift Cards for personal or corporate profit. WE ARE DEDICATED TO YOUR FUNDRAISING SUCCESS We, at The Barn Nursery have been dedicated to helping our community for over 30 years. We offer educational programs, environmental classes, family arts, music and cultural events, tours and lectures for local schools and other community organizations.
Barn Nursery Donation Request As a business that is committed to our community, we believe it’s important to support worthy organizations such as yours. As you can imagine, we receive many requests for donations each year. And, as much as we would like to approve every one of those requests, we simply don’t always have the resources.A generous budget is set aside each year in order to provide support to a variety of causes. Whether approved or not, we will notify you. Please indicate clearly on the donation request form who we are to contact and their daytime contact number.

. 2. A non-for profit tax id and/or letter from the Illinois Department of Revenue proving the organization is tax exempt is required. Please include the tax id on the application and email the letter to

or fax it to 857-658-3883. Until this information is provided, the donation will not be made available. 3. The Barn Nursery has a standard donation of one $20 gift card per year, per organization. 4. Gift card requests will be answered by email within 7 business days. Gift Cards will be available for pick up in our Cary, IL garden center only. We are unable to mail or drop off donation gift cards.
